General Terms and Conditions – Services, Vouchers, and Appointments
Effective from: March 15, 2026
Please read the following conditions carefully before booking or purchasing. By purchasing a service, voucher, or pass, or by booking an appointment, the guest accepts the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC).
1. Service Provider Details

2. Booking, Validity, and Payment
- Booking Method: Services, passes, and vouchers are purchased via the Service Provider's online booking system (Fresha, and Minup until Feb 28, 2026). Bookings can be made at earliest 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Options: When booking, you can choose online card prepayment or on-site payment via QR code Qvik payment with mobile banking approval, instant transfer, online card payment, or cash.
- Bank Card Acceptance: The Service Provider does not have a POS terminal, so physical cards can only be accepted via the online payment page.
- Data Request: The online booking system requests mandatory (Name, Email, Phone) and optional health data necessary for the booking to personalize the service. For other data processing details (e.g., cookies, marketing purposes, Meta Pixel), please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Payment Confirmation and Booking Finalization:
- The guest will receive an email confirmation of the booking receipt.
- The booking is then in pending status and becomes final only after manual approval by the Service Provider, of which the guest receives a separate notification.
- Invoice: The invoice is issued via the Billingo system.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: Free cancellation or modification is possible 24 hours before the booked appointment.
- Free Cancellation (over 24 hours): In case of cancellation indicated over 24 hours, the full online payment is refunded or can be used for a later appointment.
- Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): In this case, online cancellation of the booking is no longer possible. In case of cancellation or modification within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
- Consequence: In case of online payment, 50% of the service fee is refunded. In case of on-site payment choice, 50% of the fee will be invoiced.
- No-Show: In case of absence without cancellation, the full amount (100%) of the booked service fee will be charged. In case of online payment, the full amount is retained by the Service Provider. In case of on-site payment choice, the full amount will be invoiced. The Service Provider may decide to modify the claim for the full amount on a fairness basis.
- Lateness: In case of guest lateness, the service time may be shortened, but the full (100%) fee will be charged.
- Force Majeure: In case of official restriction, technical error, or other force majeure, the Service Provider is entitled to modify the appointment. In such cases, the guest can use the service at a new appointment, no refund is applicable.
4. Passes, Vouchers, and Referral Program
A) Passes
- Purchase: Passes can also be purchased via the online booking system (Fresha).
- Type: Two types of passes are available: Monthly Start (3+1 Gift) and Six-Month Harmony (6+2 Gift). Passes are universally applicable to the specified basic treatments (excluding Japanese facial and Four-handed massage).
- Validity:
- Monthly Start pass: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Six-Month Harmony pass: Valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
B) Vouchers
- Validity: The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Refund: After ordering, the purchaser is not entitled to withdrawal or refund.
- Transferability: The voucher is freely transferable to another person.
- Extension: In case of expiration, it can be extended once for an additional 3 months for a 15% surcharge.
- Cash: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
C) Referral Program
The greatest compliment is when you recommend the Puraflow experience to others. I would like to thank you for this trust with a special discount:
- 5,000 HUF discount for the referrer: If a new guest arrives by referral, the referrer receives a 5,000 HUF discount on their next treatment.
- 2,000 HUF discount for the first session: The new arrival can start their first massage with an immediate 2,000 HUF discount using the START2000 code.
- Crediting the discount: To credit the discount, the new guest must indicate the name of the referrer in the "Notes" field during booking.
- Combinability: Various discounts, vouchers, and promotions cannot be combined.
- Exception: The discount cannot be used for purchasing passes, but it can be freely redeemed for any occasional treatment or additional duration!
5. Responsibility (Age Limit and Valuables)
- Age Limit: The Service Provider's massage services are available exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.
- Health Responsibility: The use of the service is in all cases at the guest's own risk. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any damage resulting from the guest not disclosing a health condition or circumstance that hindered or endangered the use of the service.
- Valuables: The Service Provider assumes no liability for guests' valuables (e.g., jewelry, phone, wallet). The guest is obliged to ensure the safety of valuables.
6. Spa House Rules and Conduct
Compliance with the current Spa House Rules is mandatory in the area of Fashion & Day Spa.
The current, detailed version of the house rules can be found on the Spa's official website (https://www.fashiondayspa.com/day-spa-ászf), and the guest is obliged to read and accept it before using the service.
7. Other Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the services and these GTC. The GTC was made in Hungarian; in case of dispute, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
Scope of Service Use (KATA obligation): The Service Provider provides its services exclusively to private individuals (natural persons) based on its legal status (KATA taxation). Service use and invoicing for legal entities (companies, organizations) or other business organizations is not possible.
