Natural "Facelift" and Headache Relief – Japanese Facial Massage

Japanese Facial Massage (Kobido) is not just a beauty treatment, but a deeply relaxing technique that helps loosen the tense muscles of the face and head. It is an excellent solution if you spend a lot of time looking at a monitor, struggle with migraines, or simply want your expression to look more rested and youthful.

More Than a Beauty Treatment: Nervous System Reset

Kobido massage is both a beauty treatment and a deep regenerating experience — the common language of skin, body, and soul. Under Szandra's expert hands, the treatment works not only on facial muscles but affects the entire nervous system.

What effects can you experience?

  • Stress Relief: Reduces cortisol (stress hormone), relieving tension and smoothing the face.
  • Emotional Recharge: Boosts happiness hormones (endorphins, serotonin, oxytocin), making you feel "renewed" by the end of the treatment.
  • Hormonal Balance: Supports female hormonal balance, improving sleep, mood, and alleviating pre-cycle symptoms.
  • Visible Rejuvenation: Relieves tired facial expressions, stimulates skin function, circulation, and collagen production.

Meeting of Tradition and Modern Skincare

For my Japanese-origin, traditional rejuvenating Kobido and Tanaka facial massage services, I use products from the Korean skincare brand Beauty of Joseon.

The company's philosophy is to restore the skin's natural balance and enhance inner radiance, avoiding aggressive active ingredients. Their products are based on Hanbang (traditional Korean herbal medicine) ingredients, including:

  • Ginseng: Vitalizes and energizes.
  • Rice: Hydrates and brightens the skin.
  • Honey and Propolis: Anti-inflammatory and nourishing.
  • Green Tea: Strong antioxidant, soothes the skin.
